Can't believe you didn't use molds!<br />Getting very behind with the BBA challenge, but these make me want to leap back in!<br />I've just got a copy of PRs Whole Grain breads which I would really recommend to you. A lot of the BBA recipes are in there but converted to wholewheat. Lots about soakers too.
