Great set of photos - maybe a free standing pole is the answer? We have one of those with a set of hooks at the top that holds the feeders. Who is the hunting cat? One of yours I'm guessing :)
We call him Face, sorta fits him. The only free standing poles we could find didn't seem tall enough to keep the dog away from the feeders. We have the hummingbird feeders above a couple of our windows, hanging down in front of the window. The bird seed feeder seemed to heavy for that. Face gave up about a half hour later, simply couldn't figure out how to get close enough to the feeder I think.
