Well, it turned out pretty good and I didn't forget the egg white wash, so the color is good. I'll give it a day to see if the crust softens, but it seemed really hard to cut. (Crust was fine, just needed to sit a while) Kitties are all sleeping, and Andy is upstairs working. It's been a quiet day here....  |
